If you are unhappy with any item, we are happy to exchange or refund provided that the item is returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Items must still have original labels attached and must not smell of perfume or food etc. Any items that are received in a condition that means that they cannot be resold will be returned to the customer.

If you wish to return anything we offer UK free returns on orders over £150. There is a charge of £4.50 on all other UK returns.

To start your return, you will need your order number and your delivery postcode. Simply go to our portal https://rheturn.com/#/ctm_portal/login/stberts and follow the steps. 

For International Returns please choose a suitable courier service and send back to the address below with name, order number and details of items you wish to return. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges in international orders.
