Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

To our lovely customers,

We hope you are all coping with the situation we find ourselves in. Who could have foreseen this happening or the impact it has had on all of our lives? We certainly couldn’t. We hope you are all staying safe and looking after each other and managing to enjoy the sunshine. We hope as well that we can continue to bring you all some of our own St. Bert’s sunshine and rainbows too.

We are so grateful to still be open for business.

Many of you will know St. Bert’s is a family run business, run by Ben and me! Our warehouse, that doubles up as our office, is based just ten minutes away from our house in East Sussex and on a daily basis it’s just Ben and me there packaging up all your lovely orders and sending them out. Because it’s just Ben and me, what it means for us in this current situation, thankfully, is that we can still work together to receive your orders and send them out to you! We are still able, according to government guidelines, to go daily to our warehouse and have a safe Drop Off facility at our Post Office in Haywards Heath from where your parcels are posted out to you. As normal, your packages are going out by Royal Mail’s first class delivery service, although delivery times are subject to the limitations and restrictions currently facing the Royal Mail at this time.

Our customer services team, us (!) are also able to come back to you with any queries swiftly - and we can do that bit from our kitchen table!

We are so grateful to you for your continued supporting loyalty during this time. Take care and look after yourselves and each other.

Love Sarah & Ben xx
