We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for our UK Deliveries. For orders placed before midday we aim for them to be processed that day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day. During Sale and busy periods please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Standard Delivery (2-3 days) - £4.95

We will do everything that we can to get your goods to you but as we use a third party carrier, there may be occasions where something out of our control affects your delivery time.

For all International Orders we send either Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or one of our preferred couriers. We send on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis which means that the buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties and fees imposed by the destination country. There may well be delays at customs. The fees can be unpredictable and are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are unhappy with any item we are happy to exchange or refund provided that the item is returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. 

Items must still have original labels attached and must not smell of perfume or food etc. Any items that are received in a condition that means that they cannot be resold will be returned to the customer.

If you wish to return anything we offer UK free returns on orders over £150. (Please note this is restricted to one return from the same order).  There is a charge of £4.50 on all other UK returns.

To start your return, you will need your order number and your delivery postcode. Simply go to our portal https://rheturn.com/#/ctm_portal/login/stberts and follow the steps. 

For International Returns please choose a suitable courier service and send back to the address below with name, order number and details of items you wish to return. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges in international orders.
