Delivery & Returns
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for our UK Deliveries. For orders placed before midday we aim for them to be processed that day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day. During Sale periods please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Standard Delivery (2-3 days) - £4.95
We will do everything that we can to get your goods to you but as we use a third party carrier, there may be occasions where something out of our control affects your delivery time.
For all International Orders we send either Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or one of our preferred couriers. We send on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis which means that the buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties and fees imposed by the destination country. There may well be delays at customs. The fees can be unpredictable and are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you are unhappy with any item, we are happy to exchange or refund provided that the item is returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Items must still have original labels attached and must not smell of perfume or food etc. Any items that are received in a condition that means that they cannot be resold will be returned to the customer.
Please ask for proof of postage from the Post Office for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty in some way. In this instance, please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery by email (email@example.com) to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
