Delivery & Returns
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for our UK Deliveries. For orders placed before midday we aim for them to be processed that day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day. During Sale and busy periods please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Standard Delivery (2-3 days) - £4.95
We will do everything that we can to get your goods to you but as we use a third party carrier, there may be occasions where something out of our control affects your delivery time.
For all International Orders we send either Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or one of our preferred couriers. We send on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis which means that the buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties and fees imposed by the destination country. There may well be delays at customs. The fees can be unpredictable and are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you are unhappy with any item, we are happy to exchange or refund provided that the item is returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Items must still have original labels attached and must not smell of perfume or food etc. Any items that are received in a condition that means that they cannot be resold will be returned to the customer.
Please use the free returns label enclosed to send any unwanted items back to us (please note that this does not apply to items purchased in the Black Friday Archive Sale)
Christmas Returns - purchases made from 24th November to 24th December can be returned up to 10th January, or 30 days after purchase, whichever is later.
