Delivery

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for our UK Deliveries. For orders placed before midday we aim for them to be sent that day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day. During Sale and busy periods please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Standard Delivery (2-3 days) - £4.95

We will do everything that we can to get your goods to you but as we use a third party carrier, there may be occasions where something out of our control affects your delivery time.

Please note that international orders may incur additional import duties or taxes, which are determined by local customs and paid by the recipient.

 

Returns

If you are unhappy with any item, we are happy to exchange or refund provided that the item is returned in their original condition within 21 days of receipt. Items must still have original labels attached and must not smell of perfume or food etc. Any items that are received in a condition that means that they cannot be resold will be returned to the customer.

If you wish to return anything we offer UK free returns on orders over £200. There is a charge of £4.95 on all other UK returns.

To start your return, you will need your order number and your delivery postcode. Simply go to our returns portal and follow the steps. 

For International Returns please choose a suitable courier service and send back to the address below with name, order number and details of items you wish to return. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges in international orders.
